The Isle of the Forgotten

This work evokes a solitary island adrift in a calm yet fathomless sea. The silver cube, set apart from the water, creates a stark contrast; it appears to belong to another world, almost like a stranded memory or an anomaly. Hence the idea of a place where one leaves what one wishes to forget—or what one can no longer retrieve.
